Essential Oils

  • Clove Oil - For thrush of the mouth or throat, mix 3 drops with a tablespoon of coconut oil and swish and gargle for up to 20 minutes before spitting out
  • Oregano Oil - Take 2 drops internally (with water), 3 times per day for 7 days
  • Tea Tree Oil - Soak a cloth n 1 part tea tree oil & 5 parts water. Apply to affected external areas for 10 minutes daily
  • Lavender Oil - To help relieve itching as well as prevent candida from spreading mix a few drops with coconut oil and rub into the affected areas

Hydrogen Peroxide

Although not effective against all types of yeast, many people have experienced great results using this natural antiseptic externally to help kill off overgrowth.
