Returns Policy
We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding original delivery charges and an $8 admin restocking fee for processing) on items returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, seals, and components intact. Returns must include a note with your name, email address, order number, and purchase date.
How to Return an Item:
- Email us at hello@tolmanselfcare.com with your order number and return request.
- A team member will respond within 3 business days with a return authorisation and our return address.
- Package the item securely with the required note and ship it back to us using a tracked and insured method (e.g., registered post), as items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Once received, we’ll inspect the item to confirm it’s in resalable condition. If approved, we’ll process your exchange or credit, deducting the $8 admin restocking fee.
Important Note:
- Delivery charges for returning items are your responsibility and non-reimbursable.
- Items arriving damaged, used, or not in resalable condition will not qualify for an exchange or credit.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health, safety, or product-specific reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Food and Beverage Products: Pulse Raw Food, Cleanse Me, Raw Juice Powders
- Personal Care Items: Lipsilk, Breathe Ez, Internal House Cleanse, Blinky Luxe Collection (Eye Serum, Face Serum, Vibrating Wand)
- Electronics and Appliances: Spring Flow Water Distillers, Kuvings Juicers
- Health and Essential Oils: doTERRA Products
Damaged Items
If a product has arrived damaged in your parcel, please notify us within 72 hours from the time your order was delivered. Please email our customer service team with images of the damage to hello@tolmanselfcare.com and we will organise a replacement. We do not offer refunds for damaged items. Depending on the nature of the damage, we may also request the product be returned to our HQ for further inspection.
