Tolman Self Care is owned and operated by Essential Self Care Pty. Ltd, an Australian company founded by Zane and Inga Truscott in 2006.

For 14 years, Zane and Inga promoted and managed live events for the internationally renowned "whole food medicine man", Don Tolman, who was a key pioneer of the self care movement before retiring in 2019 (see pic of Zane & Inga with Don below).

Don's teaching legacy is the 7 Principles of Health - Air, Water, Sunshine, Whole foods, Walking, Relationships & Passion - which are at the heart of everything we share in our weekly blog and audio content.
