Why A 7-Day Juice Cleanse?
Many long-lived ancient cultures believed in the wisdom of fasting with each change of season for 7 days, 28 days of fasting for each calendar year as a basic, natural healthy and longevity 'insurance policy'.
Fasting for 7 days on raw juices gives your body sufficient time to begin expelling and flushing out any harmful chemicals, heavy metals, environmental toxins, impurities and pathogens that have accumulated, whilst flooding your cells with an influx of vital nutrients that are rapidly absorbed (because they require little to no digestion) for energy, healing and repair.

How To Do A Juice Cleanse & Options
The best way to do a 7-day detox cleanse on raw juices is by listening to your body. Everyone is unique, has different needs and preferences in addition to a variety of desired outcomes.
Many people like to replace each meal of the day with one litre of juice, i.e. one litre at breakfast time, one litre at lunchtime and one litre at dinnertime when they would normally be eating food as a way to satiate their appetite when they would normally get hungry and eat. In between times, drinking water or herbal teas. The idea is to not get hungry!
Other options include:
- Drink as much juice as you like in the morning and then only drink water for the rest of the day
- Alternate between water and juice throughout the day
