There's two main ways to utilise and benefit from the 14 Day Adventure and we'll send you an instruction booklet to help you on your way.
Depending on your purpose, you can choose to:
Level 1 – Detox and reset
Consume only Pulse and water for 14 days.
Graze on just Pulse in small pinches consistently throughout the day, consuming up to one bag per day.
Daily Tip: Add a pinch of high quality salt and a squeeze of lemon to a glass of cold water first thing in the morning before eating to help activate the digestive system.
Level 2 – Nourish and strengthen
Use Pulse as a nourishing wholefood snack in between meals, when you're on the go, or before, during and after physical activity!
At meal times, try to go with the 80/20 rule, emphasising more fruits, vegetables, whole grains and salads (including extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon for dressing).
And go lighter on the more dense foods like meat and pasta.
By incorporating Pulse as part of a healthier overall eating plan, you'll notice that 14 packs can last you several weeks or even months if you're simply snacking on a handful here and pinch there when you need it each day.
Important Note: Keep Pulse sealed airtight in a cool, dry place. Chew carefully, may contain nut shells and pits. Whilst all care has been taken in preparation, Pulse is a handcrafted wholefood product which needs to be chewed carefully as some nutshell or date pip fragments may remain. 6-8 months best before date on Pulse bags. For deliveries within Australia, parcels are shipped with Aramex and Australia Post, depending on whether the address is local, remote or listed as a PO Box. Shipping is $9.90 for Australian orders below $199. It is FREE for orders over $199.
