Use

Golden Re-Leaf is most effective by applying a few tiny drops topically into the palms of the hands and then rubbing into the skin.

Inflamed joints, muscular aches and breast lumps: Massage 1-2 drops externally over the area of the pain or discomfort morning, night once or twice during the day.

Lower Back Pain: Massage 3-4 drops into the lower back area morning and night, or when sitting for prolonged periods of time e.g. on aircraft or in the office.

For Allergies Sinus, Stuffy Nose: Put two to three drops in your palm then rub your hands together to heat the oil up, then cup your hands over your nose and mouth and breathe in through your nose then move your hands and exhale, repeat this for 1 full minute.

Asthma: Use as above, as well as rub it into your chest as well as behind on your back in the lung areas.

Bug Repellent: Rub Golden Re-Leaf upon the skin and reapply every two hours. You can dilute with a natural, organic carrier oil of your choice.

Coughs or Motion Sickness: Apply 2-3 drops onto chest, temples and back area.

No-Doze: To avoid sleep while driving, rub a little underneath your nose, as well as behind your neck.

Stomach Pain: Apply 2-3 drops on pain area and gently massage.

Essential Plant Oils of Safflower, Wintergreen, Menthol, Camphor, Clove, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Orange, Arnica & Helichrysum, 24 Karat Pure Medicinal Gold.
