By adding a few drops to water or food, Lemon Oil can also be ingested in small amounts, adding refreshing taste, as well as supporting healthy digestive function.
When diffused, Lemon Oil is very uplifting and energising and can help improve mood. It's also effective for reducing viral overwhelm that can cause respiratory problems.

Use
- Add 2-3 drops to a glass of chilled or warm water and sip for a digestive aid
- Add a drop or 2 to clean water and rinse non-organic produce prior to consumption
- Diffuse to create positive mood and reduce respiratory discomfort
- Add Lemon oil to a spray bottle of water to clean tables, countertops, and other surfaces. Lemon oil also makes a great furniture polish; simply add a few drops to olive oil to clean, protect, and shine wood finishes
- Use a cloth soaked in Lemon oil to preserve and protect your leather furniture and other leather surfaces or garments
- Lemon oil is a great remedy for the early stages of tarnish on silver and other metals.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 1/2 - 1 cup of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.

For deliveries within Australia, parcels are shipped with Aramex and Australia Post, depending on whether the address is local, remote or listed as a PO Box. Shipping is $9.90 for Australian orders below $199. It is FREE for orders over $199.
