This is a simple custom-designed challenge to help you reset your body, boost your energy and/or kickstart a healthier lifestyle.

What’s Involved in the Challenge?

Days 1 & 2 - Cleanse Me

The centrepiece to our 3-day challenge is our famous Cleanse Me protocol for the first two days, followed by transitioning to at least 1 day on raw juices or pulse sacred meal on day three!

Day 3 - Raw Juices or Pulse 

Our two recommend options for day 3 are either raw juices or pulse raw food.

If you're able to prepare your own fresh, raw juices at home using a cold-press juicer (recommended over a traditional juicer), this is a great option for day 3!

Some of our favourite recommended ingredients for preparing home-made juices include:

  • Green apples
  • Cucumber
  • Celery
  • Cos Lettuce
  • Mint
  • Ginger
  • Lemon
  • Lime
