Use

Bath - Bathing with Himalayan Pink Salt is a truly refreshing experience for mind and body because it contains trace elements and minerals that naturally occur in the earth, which is said to closely mirror that which is found in a healthy human body.

Add 2-4 cups to hot running water and soak for 20 minutes. The nourishing and replenishing properties refresh the skin and relax the body.

For a relaxing hot foot bath, add ½ cup into a foot tub, mix with hot water and soak while you relax in the evening.

As a shower body scrub – rub a handful into your skin for a revitalising pick-me-up.
