Named after a saline spring in Epsom, England, epsom salt is not actually a "salt", but a pure mineral compound consisting of magnesium and sulphate, which are easily absorbed through the skin.

Even though the tiny, white crystals look like sea salt, the flakes within Epsom Salt have a different composition to dietary salt and are best known for their natural, body replenishment qualities.

Use

As a bath soak -  pour 1-2 cups into a hot running bath. Add 10-15 drops of your favourite essential oils for added relaxation and restorative benefits. Great choices include; Lavender, Lemon or Eucalyptus essential oils. Add also a small amount of chemical-free liquid soap like Castille Soap to the running bath also.  Relax and soak your entire body for 30-40 minutes.  

As a foot soak - Add 1/2 cup to a hot foot bath and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes. Add your favourite essential oil for added deodorisation and replenishment.

As an exfoliate - Gently massage into damp skin in a circular motion, to help remove dead skin cells and replenish tired skin before showering.

This product is for external use only. This product needs to be stored below 25'C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep bag sealed after use.
