Fasting - 3 Pathways To Health & Healing
The ancient healers taught that there is only ONE cause of dis-ease. They called it ‘chaos’ at the level of the NTR (‘Neeter’) or atomic level.
Chaos at the atomic level, leads to chaos at the molecular level, which leads to chaos at the cellular level. And when enough cells are in chaos, it shows up in any number of ways as a sickness, dis-ease or imbalance that you can feel.
There are only two causes of chaos in the body:
Over time and distance, the further you stray from a diet rich in plant whole foods, don’t drink enough water and don’t move enough, and the more you eat foodless foods and lifeless drinks, the more toxic and deficient you become and the more chaos that accumulates in your body.
To detoxify and heal, the ancients taught that there are 3 paths that you can embrace - Fast, Faster and Fastest.
Fasting has existed since the beginning of life on earth. In fact, an ill or injured animals first, natural instinct is to abstain from solid food until it is healthy again. Unfortunately, humans have been taught the opposite, not realising what the ancient physician, Hippocrates, observed centuries ago, that “...eating whilst sick only feeds dis-ease”.
1. The Fast Path
A great way to experiment with fasting is to do what anciently they referred to as "Walking the Rainbow Bridge".
This is where you go for 7 days on fruits and vegetables, following one colour of the rainbow each day, to reach the 'pot of gold' at the end.
Day 1 Red
Day 2 Orange
Day 3 Yellow
Day 4 Green
Day 5-7 Blue, Indigo & Violet
You can prepare fresh juices, eat raw salads and even cook some of the foods during this process.

2. The Faster Path
Your body is a system of tubes. The largest and most critical tube is known as the alimentary canal, which runs from the mouth all the way through your body, finishing in the small intestine/colon.
By doing a colon cleanse for 2-4 days before commencing your fast, you'll help release stored waste backed up in your digestive system, enabling your body to get the most benefit from your fast.

3. The Fastest Path
Nothing beats fasting on fresh juices or water (which is the ultimate) for rapid healing and repair.
I’ve completed extended fasts for myself throughout my lifetime and have guided countless people through this process. This path allows you to not only experience powerful physical healing benefits, but an incredible level of mental and emotional enlightenment as well.
There are certain cases where I'd recommend an extended number of days on the fastest path (i.e. on fresh fruit and vegetable juices or water), generally in a supervised environment, as a protocol to help people who have serious health problems.
That said, you can also experience a significant health breakthrough by going for 7, 14, 21 or 28 days on fresh, cold-pressed juices.
Experiment with different combinations of juices, such as my personal favourite, C.A.B.A.L.A. (Carrot, Apple, Beets & Lemon), Greens (e.g. Spinach, Kale, Spinach, Cucumber, Lime, Apple & Ginger etc), or do a ‘mono-fast’ with the juice of just one fruit (e.g. Watermelon).
