Reducing the Risk of Breast Cancer
Over recent decades, the medical establishment has built a multi-billion dollar global industry out of "Breast Cancer" diagnoses.
It's sad to me that women today have been brainwashed into believing that we live in a 'high-risk age' or that 'genetics' cause Breast Cancer, and so they'll do literally anything their Doctor tells them, even if they have no symptoms at all.
It's no secret that dietary and lifestyle factors significantly impact the creation or avoidance of just about any disease.
But when it comes to avoiding Breast Cancer, most women don't realise that there are TWO very common, daily habits that are also escalating the problem:
- The use of aluminium-based deodorants and anti-perspirants and;
- The extensive use of tight, underwire bras.
Here's what I recommend to reducing Breast Cancer risk and problems:
- Don't smoke and minimise consumption of hard alcohol (spirits);
- Eat plenty of citrus fruits like lemons, grapefruits, oranges, limes and tangerines. These foods are potent detoxifiers and they resemble and target the mammary structure and health of the female breast;
- Drastically reduce or eliminate all meat, fish and poultry from your diet;
- Only use chemical-free anti-perspirants and deodorants under your arms;
- Minimise the use of tight, underwire bras that cut off natural drainage from the lymphatic system;
- Avoid all processed and refined sugars and artificial sweeteners;
- Walk briskly for 30-40 minutes without a tight fitting bras on at least 4 times per week;
- Eat a diet rich in plant wholefoods;
- Get regular exposure to sunshine. It creates Vitamin D in the body which breast tissue thrives on to stay healthy and to destroy breast lumps and tumours.
Which wholefoods should you eat to reduce the risk of Breast Cancer?
- Citrus, Grapes and Cherries
- Yellow, Orange and Cruciferous Vegetables e.g. Broccoli, Cabbage and Cauliflower
- Tomatoes
- Green Leafy Vegetables
- Garlic
- Wholegrains
- Extra Virgin Olive and Flax Seed Oil
- Soy Beans & Soy Milk (Organic, non GMO)
The biggest thing of all is to quit being fearful that Breast Cancer is some mysterious disease that is here to attack the female race.
Much of the fear is being caused because women are being pushed to go in for regular check-ups and handing themselves over to a medical industry that is so quick to recommend biopsies and diagnose (which means 'our best guess'), often leading to a harmful chain reaction of events that could've been avoided by choosing another path and making some simple changes.
We need to learn to realise that our bodies are intelligent and have an incredible ability to heal.
The key is develop the mindset and confidence to trust in this intelligence and then embrace principles of life and health that support in this process.
