Cucumber is such a miracle food because of its high water content. When you're eliminating toxicity, you'll need to concentrate on adding fibre into your diet. In saying that, you also need to be sure that you get the extra fluid you need when you're consuming more fibre than normal. 

Cucumber is also packed with vitamin C, silica, potassium and magnesium, which all support the colon and help to strip the body of excess toxins. 

Green beans 

Green beans are an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K and vitamin A. They are also renowned for their concentration of carotenoids including beta-carotene, dietry fibre, folate and iron. 

Green beans are extremely helpful when it comes to preventing colon cancer. Any imbalance within the colon causes a massive imbalance in the body, and an unhealthy colon is the initial source of most dis-ease. Green beans fight colon cancer through the use of vitamin C and beta-carotene, which help protect the colon cells from the damaging effect of free radicals.


When it comes to eliminating toxicity, fibre is the key. Flaxseeds are jam-packed with fibre, as well as omega-3 fatty acids. Flaxseeds have been used since ancient times to cleanse, clear and heal the digestive organs and system.
